Life is still Life Afterall

Your friendly vagabond in action last year in 'Because We Have Big Mouths', The Substation. Effendi just send this one in, a year after the project.

Hi life, how are you? I am still alright actually, nothing much, living, day in day out, enjoying every little action that has been given to me.
I believe things will get really busy for the next couple of months to come, especially with Cake Theatre, well, I guess there is really nothing much to do here. Who would have thought, a game of badminton can turn me on, I am constantly craving for anything that's sporty... its the age perhaps, the age of recovery...

Recover from what? Recover from lapses of the dark shattered past, recover from the excess of living, recover from overeating...

Overeating, recently, I was down with tummy flu, for about a week actually, I could not control bad gas coming out from various sources. I am not sure of the causes, but it could be those bad neighbourhood donuts that I had.

Children of Connecticut

This is Ryann 's brother and sister, Naqib and Nuha, respectively, all of them are in Connecticut together with my brother and his wife. They will be back in June, can't wait to see all of them after 2 long years. They have really grown... my mum said they are having difficulties conversing in Malay...

This little bugger is my nephew, Ryann, he left for Connecticut a week after he was born. Lucky Soul...

Faith, Charity and Hope

Here's another one for my collection, this one is somewhere in the east, very obedient students, not so noisy, its all about faith, charity and hope.

To Love and Forgive

The past couple of weeks I have been busy rehearsing and performing for assembly plays, becoming part of a swinging cast in plays about cyber addiction and saving the environment. Some of the schools are alright, but I have gotten to a school that is simply chaotic, and it took the discipline master close to 15 mins to shut them up. I have never done assembly plays before, I was curious with the whole format.

There's this school in the west that I could not describe their behaviour, it was simply atrocious at its best.... when I stepped into the school hall, I think they had a school motto big and shiny up above the stage. 'To love and to forgive.' (Its quite a Bob Marley-esque type of motto I would say)

I guess assembly plays are like that, you just have to love and forgive. God bless these children...
